If you have a lot of paperwork as I do, then these tools become invaluable. Just like developing any practice be that exercise, cooking, etc., the right tools make a difference. The Fujitsu ScanSnap is one of my favorite tools ever and was recommended to me by an attorney who had to have lots of documents scanned.
